As a resident of this community, I have had numerous interactions with the local council. While they have their strengths, there are definitely areas that need improvement. The website, although informative, could benefit from some user interface enhancements. Additionally, I have found their response time to be subpar on occasion. Despite these drawbacks, they do make an effort to address community concerns and listen to residents' feedback. Overall, I would rate their services as great.
