My experience with Li&Fung has been mixed. While their product selection is impressive, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I had some issues with my order and it took a lot of effort to get them resolved. However, once the issues were sorted, the overall experience was satisfactory. They have good products, but their customer service needs improvement.
