I recently booked a trip with Mais Viagens and I must say it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth and the staff was helpful, but I expected more from the overall package. The accommodation was decent, but not great. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but lacked enthusiasm. Overall, it was an okay trip.
