I recently used a luxury travel agency to book a vacation, and I have to say it was a mixed experience. While the itinerary was well-organized and the accommodations were luxurious, I didn't feel like I received the personalized attention that I was promised. The communication was also lacking at times, which led to confusion and frustration. Overall, it was an okay trip, but I expected better.
