I recently hired a mechanical service provider to fix some issues at my home. After doing some research, I came across this particular company's website. I must say, I was impressed with the range of services they offered and the detailed information provided on their website. However, my overall experience with the company was just average. The technicians arrived on time and were professional, but they seemed to lack knowledge and expertise to handle the specific issue I had. The problem persisted even after their visit, which was disappointing. Additionally, their prices were a bit on the higher end compared to other companies offering similar services. On the positive side, their customer service was polite and responsive. Overall, I would rate the company as average, as they did not meet my expectations in terms of technical expertise and value for money.
