I recently took a trip with Shalimar Tours & Charter and had a mixed experience. While the customer service was decent, there were some issues with the itinerary and communication. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but seemed overwhelmed at times. The accommodations were satisfactory. Overall, it was an average experience.
