Although I appreciate the Riverdale police dept's efforts in keeping the community safe, I feel that there is room for improvement. The officers I encountered were polite, but some of them seemed a bit indifferent. I also found it frustrating that there was no easy way to contact them online. The website needs to be more user-friendly. Considering these factors, I would rate my experience as average.
