I have been a customer of this credit union for a while now and I must say that I am generally satisfied with their services. The website is easy to use and navigate, and the customer service representatives are always polite and willing to assist. However, there have been a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries. Other than that, I have no major complaints and would recommend Rutgers federal credit union to others.
