I recently used a realty company to help find my new home in Louisville. I chose Finish Line Realty primarily because of their user-friendly website, louisvillerealestate.com. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information on the available properties.

The agents at Finish Line Realty were knowledgeable and professional, guiding me through the home-buying process. They listened to my needs and preferences and showed me a range of properties that met my requirements.

However, I found the overall customer service to be average. While the agents were helpful, some of my messages and inquiries took longer to receive a response than I would have liked. It would have been great to have more prompt and consistent communication throughout the process.

In terms of the properties I was shown, they were decent, but I didn't feel blown away by any specific listing. The selection was diverse, but nothing stood out as exceptional.
