I joined Röchling automotive with high expectations, but I must say, it has been a disappointing experience so far. The company lacks effective communication channels and there is a lack of coordination between different teams. The management seems disconnected from the ground reality, which results in delays and inefficiencies. I hope to see improvements in the future.
