I had a mixed experience with Simplifate. While their website simplifate.com is great and easy to use, the customer service was disappointing. It took several attempts to get a response to my queries, and when I did receive a response, it wasn't very helpful. Overall, I had a decent experience but the customer service could definitely be improved.
