I had a mixed experience at Hotel Mandarin Moscow Residences. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient, but I found the rooms to be a bit outdated. However, the overall stay was still enjoyable and I had a good time exploring the city. I would recommend this hotel for its location and friendly staff.
