👋 I recently tried out Newcrete products for a small home renovation project. Overall, I found their products to be of average quality. The website was easy to navigate, and they had a good variety of options to choose from. 😊

However, the delivery process was a bit disappointing. The products arrived a few days later than expected, causing a delay in my project. 😕 Additionally, some of the items were not packaged properly, resulting in a few chips and cracks.

In terms of customer service, they were responsive to my inquiries and tried their best to address the issues I encountered. 📞💼

While I appreciate their efforts, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of product packaging and delivery efficiency. Overall, it was an okay experience, and I am considering trying out other options for future projects. ✅🏗️
