The Revel systems provides an average experience overall. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the solutions provided were not very helpful. I expected better service from such a renowned company. I hope they improve their support system in the future.
