I have been practicing yoga at the Yoga Center of Carmel for almost a year now and it has been a truly transformative experience. The instructors are not only skilled and passionate about yoga but also genuinely caring and supportive. The studio itself is a beautiful and serene space, creating the perfect environment for practice. I can't recommend this studio enough!
