I had a somewhat average experience with Ncc. The quality of their plastic products is decent, but there were some issues with the delivery. The items took longer to arrive than expected, and the packaging was slightly damaged. However, the customer service team was helpful in resolving these issues. Overall, I would say Ncc is a reliable company, but there is room for improvement.
