I have been using Software Direct for a few years ...

I have been using Software Direct for a few years now and I must say, their service has been consistently average. They are not terrible but definitely not great either. The website is easy to navigate and their prices are competitive. However, there have been a few instances where I had some issues with the products I purchased. The customer support was not very helpful and it took them a while to resolve the problems. Overall, I would rate Software Direct as an average company.
