I recently had the opportunity to use this company's services and, although I found them to be average overall, they did manage to get the job done. The website was fairly easy to navigate and provided enough information for me to make an informed decision about their services. The customer service team was responsive, albeit not extremely helpful, but they did address my concerns adequately. While the delivery of the product was on time, I found the packaging to be slightly subpar, which left me worried about the condition of the goods. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything arrived undamaged. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They provided the service as promised, but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of customer support and packaging.
