I have been using Elite shipping & trading co. pvt. ltd. services for over a year now and I must say that my experience has been average. The shipping process is smooth and efficient, but the customer service needs improvement. I had a few issues with my shipments and it took longer than expected to get them resolved. The staff is polite, but sometimes it feels like they are not fully trained to handle certain situations. Overall, I would say it's an okay company to work with.
