As a customer of Heather A Whaley, I have to say that my experience with this company has been average. The service I received was not outstanding, but it wasn't terrible either. The staff was polite and helpful, but not overly friendly. The quality of their products was decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I would give them a rating of average. I might consider using their services again in the future, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend them to others.
