The hotel was fine, nothing special. The room was ...

The hotel was fine, nothing special. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, I was expecting more from a hotel with such a high rating. The service was average and the facilities were outdated. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it either.
