I have been working at Röchling automotive for a few years now and I must say, it has been an average experience overall. The company provides a decent work-life balance and the salary is fair. However, the management could use some improvement. There is a lack of communication between different departments which often leads to delays in projects. Overall, it's an okay place to work at, but there is definitely room for improvement.
