The airport website (mbjairport.com) provided all the necessary information for my trip. It was easy to navigate and find the relevant details. However, I did not have a great experience with the customer service staff. They were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my questions and concerns. This was quite disappointing, as I expected better assistance from a well-known company like MBJ airports.
