I had an average experience with Elwafa Egyptian Company. Their website elwafa.com was user-friendly, but the products I purchased didn't meet my expectations. The quality was okay, but I've seen better. The customer service was helpful, though, and they promptly resolved my issue. I hope they improve their product quality in the future.
