My experience with Airplan usa was not as expected. The website airplan-usa.com was confusing to navigate, and the booking process was time-consuming. The staff at the airport were not very helpful either. The flight itself was mediocre, with outdated seats and limited in-flight entertainment. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and would not recommend Airplan usa.
