I had an absolute nightmare experience with Illusions Design. The whole process of working with them was a disaster from start to finish. They completely ignored my requirements and the final product was nothing like what I requested. The communication was terrible, and they showed no interest in rectifying the problem. I would strongly advise against using Illusions Design for any design needs.
