I had an average experience shopping with Global Sport Matters. While their website is user-friendly and they have a good selection of products, the customer service was not up to par. I had some issues with my order and it took a while to get a response. However, once my issue was escalated, it was resolved satisfactorily. Overall, I would rate Global Sport Matters as average.
