I had a mixed experience with Noir&blanc. While the website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth, the quality of the products was disappointing. Some of the items I received were not as described and the customer service team wasn't very helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but I expected better.
