I'm so grateful to have found the Yoga Center of Carmel. The studio has a peaceful ambiance, and the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about yoga. Every time I leave a class, I feel rejuvenated and centered. The variety of classes offered allows me to explore different styles and challenge myself.
