As a customer, I had a mixed experience with Ncc, plastic engineering & design solutions. While their products are of good quality, their customer service needs improvement. The staff was not very friendly and seemed uninterested in assisting me. The delivery of my order was also delayed, which was quite inconvenient. However, I must say that their engineers are highly skilled and knowledgeable. Overall, my experience was average.
