As a customer of Bilbao, I must say my experience has been average overall. The website (bilbao.se) is easy to navigate, with clear information and a user-friendly interface. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in responsiveness and attention to detail. It took a considerable amount of time to get the assistance I needed, and there were instances where my queries were not fully addressed. The product quality was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. On a positive note, the shipping was prompt and the packaging was sufficient to protect the items I ordered.
