I have been a customer of Point Enterprises, Inc. for quite some time now. Overall, my experience has been satisfactory. Their products are of decent quality and their prices are reasonable. However, there have been a few instances where I had issues with their customer service. I appreciate their efforts to address my concerns, but there is definitely room for improvement in that area. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
