I attended an event at a venue and had a mixed experience. The space was well-designed, but lacked a bit of character. The staff was friendly and attentive. The sound quality was good, but the volume was inconsistent at times. The drink selection was decent, although some options were overpriced. Overall, it was an average experience. Melrose ballroom has potential, but there are areas that could be improved upon.
