I had an average experience with Shine Design. The quality of their products was satisfactory, but I found their customer service to be lacking. The website was easy to navigate and I received my order on time, but I felt that the staff could have been more helpful and attentive. Overall, I would say that Shine Design is a decent company, but there is room for improvement.
