I had a mixed experience with The Jonsteen Company. The customer service was excellent, they were very helpful and provided quick responses to my inquiries. However, I was not entirely satisfied with the quality of the product I received. It was not as durable as I expected and started showing signs of wear and tear after just a few months of use. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
