I recently had the opportunity to use a company's services for the installation of a new HVAC system. I came across Arctic Services' website while researching for reliable options. The website layout was clean and informative, making it easy to navigate and find the relevant information I needed.

The customer service experience, however, left something to be desired. While the representatives were polite, they lacked the sense of urgency and responsiveness that I would expect from a company in this industry. Despite leaving several messages, it took a while to receive a callback, which led to a bit of frustration on my end.

The installation process itself was satisfactory, with the technicians completing the job efficiently. The overall quality of the work was average, and there were no major issues encountered. However, I did notice a couple of minor issues that required follow-up visits.
