My recent stay at Novi spa hotels & resort was an average experience. The staff was friendly, but the service could have been better. The spa treatments were relaxing, but not as good as I expected. The food at the restaurant was decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I expected more from a spa hotel.
