I have been a customer of Neerlandia Urk B.V. for several years now, and I must say that the overall experience has been average. While their products are of decent quality, their customer service could be improved. The staff is generally friendly, but there have been instances where they were unhelpful and unresponsive. However, their prices are reasonable, which is a plus. I hope they work on enhancing their customer service.
