During my recent trip to Japan, I booked with Outrider Japan based on positive reviews I had read online. While the overall experience was decent, there were a few areas that could be improved. The communication prior to the trip could have been more prompt and detailed. Additionally, there were a couple of instances where the schedule felt rushed, leaving us with less time to fully enjoy certain attractions. Despite these drawbacks, the trip was still enjoyable and I appreciated the efforts of the guides.
