Focus outsourcing and global workforce is an average company. Their services are decent but nothing extraordinary. I have had some good experiences working with them, but also some disappointments. The communication can be improved and their response time is not always the best. However, they have a talented team and are capable of delivering quality work. Overall, I would rate them as average.
