I have been a loyal customer of this trading company for many years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. On some occasions, the staff has been quite helpful, but on others, their responses have been slow and unprofessional. The quality of their products, however, is good and the prices are reasonable. Overall, I would rate them as average.
