I had a mixed experience with Grupo Axo. While their products are of good quality and their customer service is generally helpful, I found their prices to be quite high compared to other retailers. The website was easy to navigate and I had no issues placing my order. However, I did have some trouble with the delivery, as it took longer than expected to arrive. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
