This company is a complete disappointment. The mirror I received was of poor quality and it arrived damaged. Their customer service is incompetent and unresponsive. I have been trying to get a replacement or refund for weeks now, but they simply don't seem to care. Do yourself a favor and avoid Mirrorcrafters at all costs.
