I had an average experience with Nova arts pvt ltd. The quality of their products was just okay, nothing exceptional. I expected better service considering the hype surrounding this company, but I was left feeling a bit disappointed. The website was easy to navigate, but the overall shopping experience was nothing to rave about. I wouldn't say they're terrible, but they definitely have room for improvement.
