I recently used a vacation rental service and found the overall experience to be average. While the website had a good selection of properties, I found the booking process to be a bit cumbersome. The communication with the property owner was efficient, but the response time was slower than I had expected. The rental property itself met our basic needs, but there were a few minor maintenance issues that could have been addressed prior to our arrival. The customer service was polite but not particularly helpful in resolving some of our concerns. Overall, I would consider using the service again if the booking process was streamlined and the communication and property maintenance improved.
