Grameenphone Ltd is an average company. Their service is satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. I have been using their services for a couple of years now and overall, it has been a decent experience. The internet speed is good most of the time, but there are occasional hiccups. The call quality is decent, although sometimes the network gets congested and the voice quality drops. The customer service is responsive and helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
