I've had a mixed experience with Aktaş konfeksiyon. While their customer service was excellent and they addressed my concerns promptly, I had some issues with the sizing of the clothes. The website's size guide was not very accurate, and the clothes I received were too small. I had to return them and go through the hassle of exchanging for a larger size.
