I have been a customer of Optimus UK Ltd for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The products they offer are decent, but nothing extraordinary. The customer support is also just okay. I have had a few issues in the past and they were resolved, but it took longer than I would have liked. Overall, I would say that Optimus is an average company.
