On the bright side, the customer service was responsive and ready to assist with any queries I had. However, the lack of transparency on the website made it difficult for me to fully trust the company. Overall, my experience with Acb scitech, inc. was average. I hope they can improve their website functionality and provide clearer information for potential customers like myself.
