I have been using Itad solutions for a few years now and I must say that their services are average. The website is user-friendly and the support team is helpful, but there is room for improvement. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response from the support team and I have encountered a few technical issues with their software. Overall, it's an average experience.
